I feel like a chinatown bakery at this point. Pineapple buns quickly becoming my favorite thing ever to make! I grew up buying so many of these from chinatown bakeries and was so surprised at how easy these are to make.
Followed the King Arthur Bolo Bun recipe! Proofed overnight for the second proof and saved me so much time in the morning – best breakfast ever!
