I’m back with more pb chocolate related bite sized treats. I am so creative when my brain is in a deficit 🥱😭
Yall I really worked on this presentation this time, I even got pretty molds!
So chocolate base was simple.
-one whole melted low calorie chocolate I used Zoraw milk choc bar. Other keto/ low sugar choc or regular old chocolate will do just fine. I melted it with some avocado oil spray to thin it out. Then to extend the volume even further, I mixed in 10 g of plain cocoa powder and some Hershey zero choc syrup and a plain zero cal sweetener syrup like Jordan skinny syrup in there to make the chocolate base thin and high volume.
-filled the base of each flower mold- freeze a bit
-filling: 180 g of zero sugar cool whip, 1 cup of apple sauce for volume , and 80 g of pb2
Fill the rest of the molds and freeze at least overnight because the cool whip can take a while to harden before you can push it out of the molds.
Keep frozen in a zip lock back or container
