I can’t get the igniter to work on my new Char Broil Professional Core 4 burner. Note, I have tested manually with a lighter and the gas works like it should. I have tested with a new battery unit too, but still no ignition. According to the assembly manual it should have 5 small wires and to large wires, but I only have 4 small wires and 1 large wire to connect to the battery unit. Has anybody in this community run into the same issue, or simply know how to fix this?
