Ingredients
1 (8.5 ounce) package microwaveable farro
1 (10 ounce) Mediterranean-style salad kit
1 cup chopped rotisserie chicken
Directions
Microwave farro according to package directions; set aside to cool slightly.
Toss together salad kit in a large bowl. Add chicken and the cooled farro; toss to combine.
