I’m totally addicted to this flour!! I think it’s one of the best ever tried since I’ve started making pizza.
The flour releases wonderful aromas during the kneading process, develops beautifully in the oven, and has an incredibly soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture. I highly recommend it!
