i can kinda see it sort of work with the heaviest of caveats where it’s a fatty and tough cut of steak (i dunno my terminology), chunk fried to millard reaction with the acidity from apples counteracting the heaviness of the fat, then you throw in mushrooms until done.
ofc you need to be higher than the moon to enjoy this.
