Honestly, nailed it. Reminds me of them sushi boats you sometimes get at places. Looks delicious too!
Edit: One thing I could say is that you could have the white rice roll on the right touching each other 2 at a time upright. You know what I mean? Just have them so close together like places do with some of their rolls. Might give you a bit more space to play with.

If it were me, I would “plate” length wise. The rolls would fit better if you plated length wise instead of top to bottom
