In true chef shithousery fashion asked my colleague to take a pic to send to the full timers group to report the incident. Lets just say the person was fucked.

Tempers definitely run hot in restaurants and that’s fine, it’s business as usual, but goddamn lol Slam the walk in door, not the glass one, jesus.
And even then, don’t slam the fuckin walk in door.
I’ve seen some pretty gnarly property damage in my day, woke up to bear claw marks in the walk in freezer door once. But this is insane that this person even got to this point.
Like glad your employer did not keep putting up with that nonsense but the fact it got this far is insane
