-1/2 Teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
-1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
-1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
-1 Teaspoon Sweet Paprika
-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
-1 Teaspoon Oregano
-1 Teaspoon Basil
-1 Teaspoon Parsley
-1 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke (optional)
-1 Cup Chicken Stock or Room Temperature Water
-2 Cups Tomato Sauce

For the Béchamel:

-2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
-1/4 Cup Gluten Free Flour
-2 1/2 Cups Milk (may need more depending on the texture you prefer)
-Salt & Pepper, to taste
-A Pinch of Nutmeg

Toppings:

-1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
-1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
