Zuppa Toscana soup is a classic Olive Garden dish that combines spicy Italian sausage, bacon, potatoes, and kale in a rich and creamy soup. It’s incredibly easy to make at home and will surely become a favorite for soup season!
Zuppa Toscana one of Olive Garden’s most popular recipes (for good reason!), but you can save yourself the time and effort of going out by making it at home. I often describe it as a “meat and potatoes soup,” but one where the Italian sausage and bacon impart deliciously smoky and spicy undertones to the creamy broth. Plus, I love adding extra kale or spinach for more greens, because I’m all about balance. This Olive Garden copycat recipe is truly a nostalgic one, so if you haven’t yet tried it, give it a go. I think you’ll love it!

This is SUCH a cozy soup recipe! If you've never tried it at Olive Garden, now's your chance to try it at home. Hope you love it! 🙂 xo – Lisa
Delicious Lisa!
Looks delicious
Lisa, can you show us how to make air fryer orange chicken?
Perfect soup, can't wait to make it. A recipe request that I have is Red Wine Chicken Breast. You posted a photo of it when you were in Paris and I'd love to know how to make it. Since I never had it, I can not find a recipe for it or even know where to start to make it. Thanks again!!
I love making this soup, though I often substitute cauliflower for the potatoes. Either way, good stuff!
It's a great recipe. Thank you for sharing👍🥰🇯🇵🌈
We raise our own beef and pork and I had both bacon and Italian sausage thawed for meal prep this week. Worked out perfect for a rainy Sunday afternoon soup and salad day! Husband and I give it two thumbs up! 👍 👍
For a low-carb option, replacing the potatoes with radishes works really well!
Wait, it's pronounced DEENO kale and not DINO (as in dinosaur)?! This is a very un-fun fact for me.
One of our favorite soups. If you’re keto, replace potatoes with cauliflower.
This is so random, but I miss your orchid in the background 😊
I just happen to have all the ingredients for this soup. Sounds like a winner!
Yummy perfect for te rainy days 😋
Yum! The recipe link is correct it just says “Mongolian beef”. The white pot link is for the wok….Can’t wait to try! 😋 Thanks for sharing!
This soup looks so good and filling, I'm excited to make it! I've requested this before, but I'd love a corn chowder recipe!
My fav soup ❤
Yay! I've been wanting to make this for a while now so I'll definitely try your recipe!
03: 32 Looks like the potatoes were not peeled… what is the purpose? 😊
Grated parm??
I made your soup last night and my husband absolutely loved it, he never had it before. I used spinach instead of Kale because that's all I had on hand
Let it rain let it rain let it rain, looks delicious I;ll try your recipe, but I might add sun dried tomatoes.
This recipe came at a great time for me as I’m trying to add more protein to my diet. To that end, I’ll use chicken bone broth instead of regular broth, but can’t wait to try this. I love your recipes❤
Kale stems are perfectly edible. I don’t understand why folks discard them. Dice them and add them to the pot with the onions. They can be used like celery in soups and stews.
Yummy, thank you for sharing. I had every ingredient except the kale! But I'm making it. 🙂
Thank u for another delicious recipe
I did turkey bacon ( must add olive oil and turkey breakfast sausage ( butter ball brand in freezer section… once thawed add red pepper flakes and a pinch of cayenne pepper
I simmered down with a little white wine, then added other ingredients
I also threw in a parmigiana rine
And a little corn starch slurry at the end
Was Delicious!!!!!!🤓
