Never cooked with lobster before, I had to watch Gordon Ramsey on YouTube a couple times to learn how to get all the meat properly but it came out delicious!

I got the lobster pre-boiled. Recipe: Remove lobster meat, roughly chop (except for claws) and set aside. Sauté shells in butter for 1 minute, add carrot celery and fresh thyme and a few cups of water for about ten minutes to make a broth. Strain broth and sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until onions are soft, then add wine and simmer for a couple minutes. Add tomatoes and a cup of lobster broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Add half cup of heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes. If it’s too thin, add more cream, if it’s too thick add more broth. Turn off heat, add your pasta of choice and top with lobster claws. Enjoy!

Why not just break out the lobster meat and shred it and put it on top of the pasta? Not trying to be rude but I would hate to be served something like this

that ShopRite brand though, I bought a bag a few months ago, says bronze cut but looks super smooth. 🤔
