#### **Ingredients**

– 1 tsp chili flakes
– Salt to taste
– 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
– Handful of coriander leaves, chopped
– 2 tbsp mayonnaise
– Juice of ½ lemon

**For Coating:**
– ½ cup refined flour (maida)
– ½ cup water (to make a slurry)
– 1 cup bread crumbs
– Few drops of red food color

**For Stuffing:**
– Cheese slices (cut into small squares)

**For Frying:**
– Oil for deep frying

1. **Prepare the Chicken Mixture:**
– In a blender, add boneless chicken, bread slices, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper, white pepper, chili flakes, salt, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
– Blend everything into a smooth paste.

2. **Prepare the Coating:**
– In a bowl, mix bread crumbs with a few drops of red food color and combine well.
– In another bowl, mix refined flour with water to form a smooth, lump-free slurry.

3. **Shape the Chicken Pockets:**
– Take a small portion of the chicken mixture and flatten it in your palm.
– Place a piece of cheese slice in the center.
– Cover it with another portion of the chicken mixture and shape it into a pocket or oval shape.

4. **Coating:**
– Dip the chicken pocket into the flour slurry.
– Coat it well with the red-colored bread crumbs.

5. **Frying:**
– Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
– Deep fry the coated pockets until golden brown and crispy.
– Remove and place them on a tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
