Cooking saki or regular saki? Does it matter?
Do you think this is good for meal prep? I'm planning to make for 3 days at least. I will reheat. I'm wondering if this is only good freshly cooked.
ありがとう❤
this is exactly what I want!
Is there a substitute for sake? Or can I skip it?
いちばん だいすき ぎゅだん🥺
Thanks!
Very good recipe.
Any ideas for mirin and sake substitute for non alchohol options?
I was about to say, 20 min seems too short to get tender beef.
Many thanks 🤗🤗🤗
I’ve made this last night and it was a hit with the family. Many thanks for this recipe!
Konnichiwa ❤
I'll try it with pork
Was that powder fish powder?
I used to live in Japan & my god this was one of my favorite foods 😊 Japan has such great food 🥘
So I just did it 😊😊😊😊😊 smells exactly like the beef bowl from Japan 😊😊😊 I only made 2 errors.
1. I used only 1 onion 🧅 I should have used at least 2 & cut it like you did with thick layers not only thin.
2. The Meat Brisket the supermarket did have it & I should have bought the whole thing & ask them to cut them in thin layers but when I saw that they already had it in packages cut I bought 3 of them but they were pretty thick not thin like the way you had it.
But I know now what to do what were my mistake 😊 but my wife loved it 🥰 THANK YOU VERY MUCH 😊
Dude that looks amazing 🤤
Themeatissubmerged in the broth, preventing it from become tough. The meat is submerged in the broth, preventing it from become tough. THE MEAT IS SUBMERGED IN THE BROTH PREVENTING IT FROM BECOMING TOUGH
JAPAN "GYUDON" IS "TAPA" IN PHILIPPINES.
God I miss Japan. Aragato.
