Nethili/ Anchovy/ Nethallu Fish – 1/2 Kg
Rock Salt – 2 spoons
For Marination:
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder – 1 spoon or as required
Salt – 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/2 spoon
Coriander Powder – 1/2 spoon
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 spoon
Lemon juice – 1 small size
Oil – 1 & 1/2 spoon
Before Frying:
Rice Flour – 1/2 spoon
Besan Flour – 1/2 spoon
Corn Flour – 1 spoon
Oil – as required for frying
