Cube up leftover brisket, cook the shin black ramen, add the brisket the last minute or so and simmer. So awesome.

Leftover brisket becomes some of *the best* cottage pie ever, and leftover pork shoulder gets mixed in with red beans and rice most of the time. Or we just freeze what’s left. Same thing with chicken.

Left over pulled pork with hoisin sauce topped with kimchi in a Trader Joe’s scallion pancake (no Trader’s Joes then your local Asian market will have them.) If you don’t have pulled pork slice up some sausage and get it browned in a pan then finish with the hoisin.
You can thank me later for this delicious mishmash bastardization of multiple cuisines.

If it’s beef, I’ll make a sort of cheese steak/ chopped cheese/ Italian beef hybrid. Everything else, including beef, might find its way into a hand pie, pot pie, or taco. I’ve also slipped bbq into bowls of ramen, or used it in fried rice.

Leftover chili, pasta dish, or tacos is everyone’s favorite at my home.

Pulled pork: tacos, nachos, fried rice, grilled cheese, mac and cheese. Smoked 10 lbs of it on Friday and have done nachos and tacos, so I’m working my way through the list now lol
