Does it look the best? No. But it tasted good enough! Broth is ginger powder, chicken stock, miso paste, soy sauce, some spicy pepper flakes and I put in a scoop from this red jar of black stuff that my roommate left behind (not sure what it is but it’s Asian and smelled good so I added some)

I too fry an egg sometimes and toss it in if I didn’t have the foresight to steam/boil lol
