Ilios Salmon in Teriyaki Sauce, these are canned in Latvia from Scottish or Norwegian sourced salmon (likely from farmed). Ilios is based out of Montreal so their stuff is in most small to medium sized stores around here but they have National distro. They carry this salmon in 4 flavours (smoke, lemon, chili & teriyaki) I usually have a can or two on hand for easy meals, sandwiches, ochazuke or as in the pic included. Kimchi corn chorizo rice, topped with avocado and blanched Gai Lan. The texture is satisfying the “Teriyaki sauce is kind of sweet & salty but works well in this context and the salmon flavour still comes through. It’s not deluxe territory but it’s satisfying and handy and priced well under 4$ CAD and often on sale.

That looks really good. Do you have other ilios tin recommendations? I see them all the time but never thought about it
