A truly sublime bread, as light as a feather with an almost buttery soft, wild and open crumb and a delicate, paper thin crust.
May well be my favourite bread to eat.
65% M&S bread flour
35% Matthews strong wholemeal
120% water
4% evoo
4% sugar
2.2% salt
1% IDY
