Probably cherry peppers/pimentos. Theyre not hot and theyre sweet, and bite sized or thereabouts, so theyre the go to choice for snackable stuffed peppers. Theyre seriously mild, even amateur spice lovers probably wouldnt even notice any heat but that doesnt mean they aren’t being heated up with whatever is inside/outside them
