Made Oxtail ramen with white miso and roasted garlic broth.
Had leftovers, and after a chicken bake from Costco my Bf said “what if this had oxtails in it” so I made a “southern bake”
The dough is biscuit dough that has almost a 1:1 ratio of Masa Harina to AP flour. There is also sliced scallions in it as well. My Bf said it tasted like a way better flakey Frito. Which is a compliment coming from him haha
The meat is tossed in thickened ramen broth.
I enjoyed the experiment. I’m going to make them smaller next time to reduce the filling spread. But they were very good
