I received this expensive organic bacon by mistake in a recent Instacart order. I made two of these. Lightly toasted potato bread, beefsteak tomato, salt & pepper, romaine, lots of Hellman’s mayonnaise.
I love expensive bacon. Bacon is a lot like wine where you’re going to pay for the quality stuff, but the quality is so much better it makes it hard to be cheap with it.
