This is the ultimate Cauliflower Soup, which is delicious, healthy, and easy to make for lunch or dinner. Made with semolina dumplings and barley, which add more nutrients and flavor to this soup that is already full of vegetables. Ingredients:
2 tbsp of oil (vegetable or olive)
2 tbsp of flour
1.5 tbsp of paprika
1 head of cauliflower
4 carrots
2 sticks of celery
1 cup of barley
2 tbsp of salt
1/4 tsp of ground black pepper
1 tbsp of all seasoning spice (vegeta)
1/2 bunch of italian parsley
2 tbsp of sour cream

semolina dumplings:
2 eggs
1 cup of semolina (give or take 1 tbsp depending on how big the eggs are)
1/2 tsp of salt
