This is an ideal salad for summer. The Capri Salad from Italy in the colours of the Italian flag, red, white and green. It is easy and quick to make. You will need some largest ripe tomatoes, soft Mozzarella and Basil. Also some extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, ground black pepper and maybe some balsamic vinegar. Some people also like to add some chopped onions.
