Don’t get me wrong, I am a nigiri and classic maki/handroll guy. But those look like fantastic rolls: they aren’t covered in fat sugar slop. I greatly dislike the americanized rolls that are covered in shit, but also at the end of the day, I would eat that vs not eating sushi at all.
