I don’t know bro. Looks like a winner, but you tell us

  2. looks good, i’m no professional as i’ve just made my first steak tonight but it looks like she might not have rested it long enough. 10/10 still looks so amazing! she did great

    Solid.

It would be way overcooked for true Japanese A5, but for what you have there, looks damn near perfect.

I’m mad that wagyu & costo were used in the same sentence.

But I’d eat it. Looks good.

Give her the best 15 minutes hour of your life, will you?

It looks overcooked and undercooked at the same time.

Too high heat. Outside way overcooked compared to center.

I’d say that she did well on it. Pretty sure that when you’re honest with her, she’d be so glad that she’s able to cook a steak that’s good enough for you to eat. You better be grateful that she worked hard on it cuz she wasted no time. 😉😤🫵

Tell her you want to marry her again

Trust me it works every time. Just trying to be a good wing dad

That’s the question for the one who ate it.

A little rare for me but looks like she did a great job.

Hmmm hard to tell, I’m going to need you to come over and have her cook me one to really tell.

Whenever I see a steak like this, which is often on this sub, it drives me nuts. Its medium well, medium, medium rare, rare, and blue. All in the same bite. It was too cold when it went on the heat. Let your steak come to room temp before heat and you will be amazed.

  15. Looks like she took it out of the fridge and went straight to the grill or pan. Always let your steak come to room temp before cooking for even doneness.

Looks like the sear is a little heavy on the fry/grill side (grey band) but done really well in the oven. Would also devour it looks delicious

Looks like it might have been slightly frozen in the middle to get this look to it, I like rare but also a good sear so to me looks perfect. She did well IMO.
