👉1 Recipe:
1/2 cup oatmeal (50g)
1/2 cup milk or plant-based milk (100ml)
1/4 cabbage (100g)
1/2 red bell pepper
1 egg
1/3 teaspoon salt
Black pepper
2 garlic cloves
40g cheese
1 egg
Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (392°F)

👉2 Recipes:
1 zucchini
1/3 teaspoon salt
4-5 tablespoons oatmeal
1 carrot (60g)
Parsley
2 eggs
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons ground oatmeal
Olive oil/vegetable oil
Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes
Fry on both sides until golden brown
Eat some every day, delicious and healthy!
