Recipe:
½ pineapple
¼-½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Dash of salt

    One thing I learned about cooking pineapple is if you're cooking it on a grill, you can put the pineapple(after seasoning) on the top hanging rack and let the juices drip onto the meat you're cooking. Ribs work the best IMO; instead of putting the BBQ sauce on your ribs…just continuously put it on the pineapple up top…let it drip onto the ribs(or w/e you're cooking).
