I’ve been searching up and down for any information I can find on the possible calorie count out this bagel. It’s pastrami btw. Very yummy … like does this look like two / 3 eggs ??? If I needed to put it in my fitness pal .

Bagel is about 300. I’d say that’s 2 eggs – so 140-160. Pastrami maybe 2-3oz so 160-240. Looks like maybe some cheese or butter (or both) so I’d say another 80-100. My guess is 680-800 total
