For Cream:
• 10-15 soaked Cashews
• 2-3 Garlic Cloves
• Salt (to taste)
• Black Pepper (to taste)
• Little bit of Water (as needed to make the paste)
• 100 gm Tofu
• (Optional) Half Lemon (for extra tang)
For Salad:
• 1 Cucumber (sliced)
• 1 Onion (sliced)
• 1 Tomato (sliced)
• Lettuce (shredded or whole leaves)
• Any additional vegetables of your choice (such as carrots, bell peppers, etc.)
For Garnish:
• Red Chili Powder (sprinkle as desired)
• Black Sesame Seeds (for topping)
