I feel like I do a variation of the same four meals, and I’m so over it. Anyone have any recommendations for super low calorie, low carb preps? I want something new and Pinterest stays letting me down.

Go on a little sauce shopping spree for inspo. Shrimp spring rolls or chicken lettuce wraps with peanut sauce come to mind.

I do a ton of soups, stews, curries, chilis – low calorie and low carb.

I get the frustration…. i have been using Banza Chickpea pasta and just creating various meals from it. An Alfredo based option, alfredo/pesto base, spaghetti based. Certain sauces are fairly low calorie and the pasta is as well. For meats, I rotate between ground turkey and chicken breast. That’s 3 ways to shake things up? I don’t pay super close attention to carbs so I can’t comment on that aspect.

Please post your recipe(s)!
We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

I cannot necessarily recommend specific recipes. But when I need a new batch of ideas I go to websites like [Marley Spoon](https://marleyspoon.com/menu) and [Purple Carrot](https://www.purplecarrot.com/weekly-menu) to get inspiration. When I first started food prepping I would buy these types of meal kits because I couldn’t stand using the same recipes over and over either. Although you may not use any of these recipes, sometimes they can inspire you to create something new that you love to add to your recipe list.

How do you feel about tuna? Low carb bread + tuna sandwich (made with veggies, Greek yogurt, and spices of your choice). Could be an easy quick option? If not bread – flax chips or sweet potato chips?
