I’d imagine people are less interested in capitalized toppings and more interested in dough here. Why no dough recipe? Looks good despite the fact I’m not a fan of onions or cheddar on pizza.

I love that you used red onions! Hard to find pizza places that do red onions unless you do it yourself.
