Best lentil tofu I’ve ever made!
Black beluga lentils soaked in boiling water for 30 minutes
Blend the lentils with just enough water to cover it + spices. I used marjoram, oregano, some Greek seasoning from penzeys, onion powder, garlic powder, salt.
Cook over medium heat until very very thick
Mold it and put it in the fridge for a few hours
Slice thinly and fry in your choice of oil in a pan!
