Smoked and fried in duck fat

Tried smoking then duck fat fry wings on a rainin Saturday.

First pic left side a couple wings smoked then fried. most of the rest/right side just fried then tossed in lemon pepper.

worth the experiment and safe to say duck fat fried change the game 🔥 apologies for the greasy plate 😂
