Delicious chicken liver with bacon & onions in homemade red wine gravy. More chicken liver recipes please?

Feeling smug after cooking liver for the first time in years for supper tonight.

Pan-fried liver, crispy bacon, red onion and red wine gravy with buttery mash, carvelo nero and thyme-roasted turnip & carrot.

It was so tasty, think I’ll need to pop it on a more regular rotation, esp as it is really quite inexpensive.

Are there any other great liver recipes? I’ve only made pate or this before. Thanks!
