Smoked some wings for friends last night

    Patted the wings down, rubbed in a mix of seasoning salt, cayenne, paprika and baking powder. Smoked w/ mesquite chips at 250 for 2 hours. Threw in the oven at 450 for 10 mins and let rest for 5. To appeal to all. Extra sauce was added by those who wanted, when plated. Crispy, fall off the bone and most importantly, delicious.

  2. Look amazing! – I worry about mesquite being overpowering sometimes but sounds like these turned out perfect.
