I don't think they're sweet potato noodles. But they taste SO good in the soups.

    Glass noodles. Made from 100% sweet potato starch. We call them 당면 or dangmyeon.

    Very healthy!

  3. Well technically you can have varieties of glass noodles made from other starches like mung bean…

    …but if you see it in korean food, it’s 100% made from 🍠 starch. We call it 당면 or dangmyeon
