Sheet Pan Balsamic Chicken:
-2 pounds raw chicken breast
-1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
-1 packet Italian dressing mix
-1-pound bag small yellow potatoes
-5 cups raw broccoli
Place chicken in a bag and pour in the balsamic vinegar and ½ the packet of Italian dressing mix. Let sit for at least 5 minutes.
Empty the bag onto a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the oven and add a bag of miniature potatoes and about 4 cups of raw broccoli florets. Add the rest of the packet of Italian dressing mix and stir the vegetables around.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are soft.
Slow Cooker Italian Chicken and Potatoes:
-1 pound raw chicken breast
-1 packet Italian dressing mix
-1-pound bag small yellow potatoes
Add chicken breast in the bottom of a slow cooker, then add a bag of miniature yellow potatoes and sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix. Cook on LOW for 5 hours until everything is cooked through.
Slice up the chicken and then serve with your favorite vegetable.
Slow Cooker Tater Tot Casserole:
-1 pound ground turkey or beef
-1 can Sloppy Joe sauce
-1 28-ounce bag tater tots
-1 cup shredded cheddar
Cook the ground turkey, then add a can of sloppy joe sauce and mix that in.
In a greased slow cooker, add half a bag of tater tots, then the meat mixture, then the other half of the tater tots. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar over top, then divide into bowls and serve.
