This was my first time making either of these dishes… and i was stoned and tipsy. It came out amazing btw.

The drunken mistake I usually make is I don’t soak the rice paper wraps long enough and they end up pliable but shall we say chewy, d’oh. Looks everything worked out for you, good job.
