I absolutely love this recipe! Did you do it with brown sugar or honey? I’ve always done the latter but I ought to try it with brown sugar sometime just to see how different it comes out.

I made this same loaf this weekend too for the first time! I accidentally let mine overproof slightly being greedy for the big height. The top collapsed slightly in middle of the loaf but it still tasted great.
