Actually really liking the cauliflower rice. Close to 40g of protein with the chicken I chopped up and added. 442 calories for the whole bowl.

I am picking around the peas though. Otherwise it's pretty tasty and the rice was on sale at Costco. Other than adding the egg and chicken, this could be helpful for others who enjoy fried cauliflower rice. Plus my sparkling water because it's good.
