Rack of Lamb has quickly become one of my favorite cuts to cook. Two racks have Kinders: Black Garlic and Truffle seasoning, the other two have a mix of Cavender's Greek Seasoning and Spicology: Greek Freak. They may be expensive, but damn are they good.

Smoked with Pit boss Competition Blend at 250 until 125. Seared in day iron with butter until 135. Rest for ten minutes then sliced
The smoked rack of lamb has been one of my favorite smoker rotations. Try the Greek Freak from Spiceology.
Wow that looks great! You pay the price for good eats, unfortunately. At first I thought that was a giant bottle of whiskey.
