Dry meat, broth seemed to be based on a artificial beef / veggie stock of some sort. Lacked both fat content and shoyu.

Decent bowl of ramen, nothing special tbh. Really good broth – would like more kick in the egg.

Nice thickness on chashu cuts – flamed pork belly, a bit dry. Bowl a little bit unbalanced – to much fat and fried onions. Super good ma-yu!
Unsure if they actually can call this a Tonkotsu.
