Some recent eats ! I usually have a protein shake, a snack and for dinner a good meal. But i donβt stick to it religiously. All these plates have between 200 and 480 kcal and 20 – 45 grams of protein π
As you can see i love vegan seitan sausages and beef in all its forms. π
