Thanks for popping in! We’re making pesto from farm-fresh basil and cilantro.
Farm Fresh Pesto:
-4 packed cups of herbs (basil, cilantro, parsley, kale, etc)
-1 cup raw walnuts, (OR pine nuts, pecans, almonds, cashews, pumpkin & sunflower seeds)
-2 teaspoons salt
-1+1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (OR avocado, grapeseed, MCT)
-1/4 cup water
-squeeze of lemon juice (optional: it adds a good acidic kick 🙂
