1 box of protein Barilla
Costco pesto to taste
1 air fried head of broccoli
Half a jar chopped artichokes
1 can cannelini beans
1 can garbanzo beans
Salt, Black and red pepper to taste

This made 4 good sized lunches

– NYT Brown butter pinenut cod with NYT arugula prosciutto and egg salad

This is for 2 adults who like some variety 😅 for all recipes we just double them and this lasts us 2-4 meals for both of us
