It's kind of frustrating. I have the 2024 version of the cookbook that says all recipes but I can't find the french onion soup one. Maybe I'm missing it…….

I tried the onion soup recipe. Don't do it. I left it covered for 45 minutes on low. No maillard reaction. Not even close. I let it cook for another hour. Still nothing. I've uncovered it, turned it up, and finally, it's getting there. C's recipes aren't great. I still trust ATK because their recipes always work out. Thanks but no thanks.
