    1/2lb Ground Pork

    1/2 yellow onion

    3 garlic cloves

    1/2 cup quinoa

    1 bag of shredded cabbage and carrots

    2 cups broccoli florets

    1/2 can water chestnuts

    ~2 tbs teriyaki sauce

    ~2 tbs soy sauce

    Green onions
