I made this recipe up myself if it’s not obvious. Add as much sugar or butter as you like, but the calories add up, so I went with sugar free everything other than a tablespoon of real maple syrup and a tablespoon of country crock. You could add even more volume or lower calories by adding in 1/4-1/2c riced cauliflower to the oats as it cooks, more apples, or swap milk with almond milk. I wanted to use almond milk but it froze in my fridge so I had to make do with whole milk!
