SUPER high class steak restaurant. So fancy that I think I will refrain from mentioning the name so no think Im another rich snob bragging.🧐
The steak was 28oz median rare, but I wish I just for medium. With the fat it was too chewy on the rare side. Probably perfect on the medium side though. I got the one with the circle around it but the one with the arrow looked like a better cut. What you think?

The only time I order medium is for ribeyes. The fat just needs a bit more cooking.

That is Texas Roadhouse. Not fancy, but I have never had a bad steak there or had to send one back for not being cooked right, unlike some fancier establishments.

lol 😆 you must live in a hillbilly area or hick town because this sir is what people would call not fancy at all! It’s just not completely made up of fake food made from highly processed chemicals that are illegal in most countries, but it’s still definitely bottom of the barrel quality wise

The word “fancy” being used to describe a chain restaurant known for throwing peanuts on the floor while the servers sing to birthday boys riding in a saddle is a new one for me.

This is heresy here, but i prefer a ribeye at least medium for this reason. It needs time to render the fat. I can’t believe anyone enjoys chewing unrendered fat. Now, for a tenderloin or strip, medium rare / rare all day.
This looks like that one higher end roadhouse in Texas. I heard their complimentary bread comes with a delightful cinnamon compound butter.
