1. **Hamburger Patty (Assuming 5-6 oz, 80/20 beef):** A 6 oz patty is pretty standard for a “big” burger. Cooked, this could be around **420-480 calories**. Let’s use ~450 as an estimate. 2. **Pretzel Bun:** These are generally denser and larger than standard buns. A typical pretzel bun can range from **250-350 calories**. Let’s estimate ~300. 3. **French Fries (Full Serving):** A restaurant portion of fries varies, but is often substantial. A typical side order can be **400-600 calories**. Let’s estimate the full bowl at ~500 calories. 4. **Consumed Fries (Half Serving):** You ate about half, so that’s 500 / 2 = **250 calories**. 5. **Ketchup:** That small container likely holds 1.5-2 tablespoons. Let’s estimate you used most of it, around **30-40 calories**. 6. **Lettuce/Other negligible items:** Maybe 5-10 calories.
